As a first time mum I was scared to place my child into the care of strangers and yes at the time I had mixed views from media and socials but since starting I’ve watched my child grow and build foundational skills that you just can’t get at home. Yes I’ve had concerns (which everyone does) but I’ve been able to voice these in safe and supportive environment and had positive actions taken, this shows such a great commitment to open communication, understanding and cooperation, which I just haven’t seen from other childcare’s. I have so much respect and gratitude for the educators and the director Chelsea, they really have turned GC Bruce into a second home for my child and I’m lucky to have them build the foundational shape of my child’s future. I can’t imagine my child going anywhere else and I honestly could not recommend a better centre.

I have two boys who have been attending Guardian Childcare Bruce since they were 5-6 months old, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. They absolutely love their time at daycare and have had the best learning experiences. The educators are fantastic, creating a nurturing and engaging environment that my boys adore. They particularly enjoy the creative arts and outdoor play activities, which have significantly contributed to their development. The educators are not only caring but also highly skilled, and my boys have formed strong bonds with them. The facilities are top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children. I've noticed remarkable developmental milestones in both my boys, thanks to the excellent programmes and attentive care they receive. The communication between the daycare and parents is also outstanding, keeping us well-informed about our children's progress and daily activities. It's wonderful to see them excited to go to daycare every day and to watch them grow and learn so much. Highly recommend Guardian Childcare Bruce!

While I appreciate the care and attention the staff at guardian bruce provided to my child during his time there, I’m very disappointed with the way management handles administrative matters involving parents. My son left the daycare in February 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received the refund of my bond money. The daycare claims they have sent the refund, but I haven’t received anything—and frustratingly, they haven’t even provided a receipt or any proper documentation to help me follow up with my bank. The lack of transparency and communication from management is incredibly unprofessional and stressful for parents who are just trying to resolve simple issues. I sincerely hope the daycare takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they deal with parents on administrative matters.

No complaints about the carers and educators, they are doing a great job however when it comes to the front desk it's a mess. the amount of incompetence is really shocking. They don't know anything about how the Centrelink payment works and even how they charges the family. Been charged different amounts different weeks even though we enrolled for full time and no changes. couldn't get a simple answer from them when asked about the discrepancies. changed over to a new centre which is not Guardian and the management their explained everything clearly on day one and no surprises in the payment so far. Oh and when pushed to get an answer from the centre manager last year, she snapped and yelled instead of giving a convincing response. no actions were taken for that incident even after reporting it to the head office. Glad that we found a different centre. They promised the 3 year old's day care subsidy and couldn't provide. kept telling it's not on them, when they get the funding it will be passed on. No wonder why they don't get the funding.
