Miss Kate and Roya made starting daycare such a lovely experience. Our son grew such a bond so quickly and fell in love so fast. We couldn't have asked for better teachers or a better experience. We recommend them always. Such a sad day when we had to move!

I would put 0 stars but it doesn’t allow me to. This daycare has been one of the worst daycares my child has attended. They proceed to keep the children outside almost all day constantly, regardless of weather conditions. The curriculum contains absolutely nothing that toddlers need to learn besides watching videos on a tiny laptop that aren’t even educational. If I wanted my child to watch videos, I would just keep her at home. I am not paying for a babysitter, I am paying for my child to have an education. Toddlers should be learning simple math, and should be engaged by music or art; unfortunately this daycare lacks resources for children as well, causing them to struggle with learning new things daily. Unfortunately, I had also witnessed an educator grabbing a child by the arm and pulled him with such force which I thought was completely unnecessary and could have resulted in a different outcome. This daycare also lacks communication between educators; things go missing quite easily and still have not turned up and they never have the correct ratio from educator to child for hours in the morning. Quite disappointing. I have told the main staff that my child has eczema and to keep her indoors most of the day, instead they disregarded my request and my child came home covered in irritated eczema. Being a young mum, I also received quite a few judgmental looks from some of the educators. This daycare has caused my child to learn “I’m fine” and has now made my child confused about her gender. I am quite exasperated with this childcare. I am also concerned with this daycare upholding bond money, as it has now been 4 weeks with no communication on what’s actually happening with it.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you and your child faced at our center. We understand how important it is for you to feel confident in the care and education your child receives. The concerns you’ve raised regarding outdoor play, the curriculum, the educator’s behavior, and your child’s eczema are important. We will thoroughly investigate the incidents you mentioned, particularly the treatment of your child and the lack of communication regarding her care. Please feel free to reach out directly to discuss this matter in more detail. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
