Very disappointed I made an appointment for a tour which i thought went great . Over the phone I was told there were positions available, I expressed i wanted my son to start early August to which I was told that be fine. I spoke of how my son is on the spectrum and things id hopefully get some help with to which everything sounded great . After the tour where they did observe my son in their environment i was told to wait for a call . Receive the call and get told id get an email to pay the bond for his position. Then for 2 weeks im ignored, my emails and questions unanswered and when id reach out id get generic messages. To then receive a call saying oh no we don't have any spots available until next year . I felt after the tour my son and my sons need were discriminated against to be honest. The person doing the tour did seem a bit awkward around him but chose not to particularly read into that as he wasn't originally supposed to do the tour so thought maybe he was just having a mixed up day . Why say you have spots and go as far to confirm my 2 days and suggest you'd shortly send an email with details for me to pay my bond and get my son in asap . Why suggest you are okay with the communication needs of a child on the spectrum if you are going to not seem overall warm around them . So disappointing. I thought it would be a great place. I also missed another spot as I assumed id be in after been told of the bond. Wasted over 2 weeks of my time. Do not recommend at all

My son has been going to Gurdian Elderslie for a few years now. Everyone in that centre has my respect and love. They take the time for transitions into each room, they listen to the childs needs. And most importantly, they love them like they are their own. I couldn't ask for better educators 💓

Thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt review Jade! It’s wonderful to hear that your son has had such a positive experience with us. It’s clear that the educators have built a strong, trusting relationship with him, making sure each transition is smooth and tailored to his needs. The love and care they provide truly make a difference, and we’re so glad to know that they’ve earned your respect and trust. Your kind words mean a lot, and it’s amazing to hear how much you appreciate the team there!
