Our Learning Environments

Our children benefit from familiar faces as they grow, creating a sense of continuity:

  • Nursery (0-2 years): A safe, nurturing environment for babies to explore with tailored sensory and social experiences.
  • Toddler (2-3 years): Play-based learning encourages curiosity, confidence, and social skills.
  • Preschool (3-6 years): A stimulating learning environment that prepares our children for school through our Enhanced Learning Program.

We’re proud to have qualified teachers and educators, supported by a team of national education experts, ensuring the highest quality childcare and early education.

Innovative Early Learning Programs

Our teachers deliver the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF or the national curriculum) through play-based learning that covers language, literacy, numeracy, STEM, social, and emotional development. Our program also includes:

  • Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation (RAMSR), an evidence-based program developed by Queensland University of Technology to support children’s executive function and self-regulation.
  • Environmental and social sustainability learning experiences.
  • Personalised learning plans for each child.
  • Local school connections.

We focus on strong family partnerships through regular learning and development conversations with your child’s lead educator, learning showcases, and in-centre family events. Our Xplor app provides real-time updates and learning summaries daily to keep you informed on your child’s journey.

A appreciation post to staff in the preschool area, since new management and staff has changed I have seen a big improvement when it comes to the support of our child, when it comes to education and preparation for our little ones to head to kindergarten 2026, I also can see a big improvement when it comes to parents needing things to be addressed, seeing action and attention being taken makes us parents feel heard, my child has come so far in learning and speech, seeing teachers also interact with children it great to see, Only fault I have is, cloths not being protected when using products that stain cloths, having to buy cloths every few weeks is not ok and is costly for us parents. Other than that, there is a big improvement since new management and staff has changed.

Dear Kelly, Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re delighted that our team's care and dedication made such a positive impact on your child's growth and development. The team takes great care in creating a warm, nurturing and welcoming space for each child, and we are so glad this has been your experience with us. We believe that open communication is vital and our team has made it a top priority to be responsive and take action. Thank you for bringing the matter regarding wearing protective clothing during art and sensory activities to our attention, we apologise and understand that this is a costly and frustrating issue which will be addressed by the team. Thank you for your continued trust in us, your feedback helps us maintain the high standards we strive for every day. Warm wishes, The Greenwood Team
