Welcome to Greenwood Bronte. We're ideally located for families in Bronte, Waverley and Clovelly.
Our Long Daycare and Preschool Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
At Greenwood Bronte, we provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our dedicated team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the 3 and 4-year-old Government-approved Preschool program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at Greenwood Bronte including.
- Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life. Children learn about recycling, conserving water, growing food and the importance of protecting our planet.
- Community Engagement Program: Encourages children to interact with and discover their local community. We often have visits from community services, and we go out on adventures to teach the children about their local environment.
- Sports Program: Allows the children to be active and learn about different sports and movements.

My son has been going to greenwood for the last 1.5 years nearly. He’s just over 2 and has transitioned from the nursery to todders rooms. Both experiences have been positive for us. The child care staff are always friendly, welcoming and supportive of the kids. They’re always keen to learn about new ways of doing things for each child and their daily reporting on activities and updates are great through the Xplor app. We have sports coaches, and excursions and the kids always seem stimulated. I would recommend as a really nice centre. The centre is one of the more expensive ones in the area but they get food included for that and lots of engagement.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this childcare centre for our daughter. The educators are nurturing, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. One of the things we’re especially grateful for is the care they’ve shown toward our daughter’s speech development. The team has been very supportive, working closely with her to improve her language development. We highly recommend Greenwood Bronte to any families.

The staff are amazing. Warm, welcoming and friendly. The site is split into three clearly defined rooms with a wonderful outdoor play area AND garden, which the 3-5 year olds especially love to explore as they "hunt for minibeasts"!
