Genius Childcare Artarmon

This centre has great facilities, and some of the educators were great with the children, but not all. Many seemed deflated and short tempered. They also forgot to administer important medication to my son on one of the days he was meant to have it. That's dangerous! Recently in the last few months, this centre was taken over by Genius, which is in the news for going into liquidation, and centres are closing down rapidly, leaving children and parents in the lurch. I've first hand experienced this twice now in 6 months with this company. With staffing issues, they have been announcing centre closures daily for a week now, and sending the email out at 10pm at night when most are asleep and wouldn't see till the morning, leaving no notice to organise other care arrangements before work starts. Being a single parent with one income, this is unacceptable at how unreliable they have become. I took my son out, and so have many other parents, and found another centre. Avoid this company!
