I had read the reviews before sending my child here so wanted to share our experience incase someone was looking as I was. We have had the absolute worst experience at this centre. The educators never built a relationship with our child and that was just the stepping stone for everything else going wrong. We attended the centre for 5 months and I was lucky to go one week without being asked to collect my son because he ‘wouldn’t settle’. The educators would put him to bed earlier to others or home schedule and when asked why or if we could move the nap we were told it’s the only way he stops screaming and settles a little so they continues to do so. When attending for 2 months (at just over a year old) we were recommend to medicate him for ‘anxiety’. He came home with a black toenail (clearly dropped something on it or stubbed badly) they didn’t know what happened couldn’t explain it. They continued to call him angry and it became very apparent they decided he was the problem and they were just not even going to try. We as his parents along with him would often be ignored at drop off and not given any information at pick up (even as simple as did he eat much lunch or when did he wake from a nap). We tried on multiple occasions to get things figured out and tried to work solutions and would often come to the blockage of reception saying one thing and the educators saying another. We were questioned about our sons behaviour at home and mannerisms and although it was not specifically asked it was obvious they were trying to insinuate there was a learning difficulty or our child was on the spectrum and that was his issue with not settling at the centre. It was an all round horrible experience that changed our child even outside the centre. Now settled at a new centre, happy and thriving it’s obvious to us how horribly he was treated at this centre and the impact it had on his life.
