We have been really pleased with our experience so far. Our son started in the infant room last year & was welcomed with open arms from day 1. The educators are knowledgeable, competent & so kind and caring with our son. Facilities are great, communication is consistent & clear with families & the centre has a lovely community vibe.

Greenleaves Richmond 5 stars all the way, it was my second childcare service after our first centre closed. I didn't know what I was missing until I came across Greenleaves Richmond. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff and how they treat the children. I have come to find that they make me feels as if my child is the only one that truly matters, and they make him feel so special, even though I know they share their love equally amongst the children. The staff there are in the right job looking after my most precious little man whilst I have to work, they really work to find out what your child needs to make them feel most comfortable whilst staying with them. It feels like picking my son up from a group of friends rather than staff members. They always have time to talk to you and let you know how they are going. He comes home everyday with a smile on his face and stories to tell about everything he's done that day. The food they serve is incredible and my son never comes home hungry. Thanks for always looking after him and caring for him. Marianne

I have been wanting to write this review for a long time. I had my son there with me for 2 half days before I ran out of there and did not look back. The place takes in as many kids as they can all at once and all you notice is overwhelmed and stressed out teachers who cant smile or get a chance to interact with the kids in any meaningful way. The energy is very negative, most specifically the younger kids under 1.5 year olds that share the outdoor area with the older group or 1.5 to 2.5 years old. watching them all bang on the doors, cry and ask for their moms. The crying just did not stop. I watched them take all the kids outside, close the doors and have two teachers take one or two kids in, put a few toys in front of them and take pictures with the Ipad so they can paint a completely false picture on the app. Meanwhile, all the babies were crying and wanted to go inside, banging on the door. I asked why they dont let them in, they said because we can only do an activity with one at a time. Activity? babies need love and care! The two times I was at the centre, I picked up many crying babies, wiped their noses, rubbed their backs and said that they're ok. The teachers were not acknowledging kids that are hanging out by the door and crying for a whole hour sometimes. The teacher that pick up the kids that are crying, dont even smile at them or talk to them. The babies looked miserable and sad, I have never seen something like that. I saw no group activities, song time, music, laughter etc. I watched small kids being left alone while a teacher is changing a nappy in the middle room, for several minutes, crying, hitting each other, taking each others pacifiers and still no teacher showing up for a long time....when a teacher came, she took the pacifier from one and gave it to the other without even washing it. I hope I can open some eyes and inform the parents of some of the things I saw and experienced. Just shocking and unprofessional.
