As a partner providing Chinese cultural programs, I’ve been truly impressed by their dedication and expertise in early education. Their programs are always tailored to kids’ interests and developmental needs—walking through halls filled with children’s artwork and classrooms decorated with their creations always warm my heart. A huge shoutout to the team for nurturing creativity so thoughtfully! They’ve been amazing collaborators, always keeping open communication to align our lessons with their educational goals. This teamwork led to fun innovations like interactive tech-based activities that spark kids’ curiosity while making learning playful. What really stands out is how they connect with families. From open days to real-time updates and *Learning Journey* reports, parents stay informed and engaged—our Chinese program’s success owes a lot to this trust. Most importantly, their embrace of diverse cultures ensures every child from all backgrounds feels valued and cared for.

My daughter attends Green Leaves Carindale and has done so for a little over 12 months now. After removing her from a previous centre due to a number of issues, we were very cautious and worried placing our trust in another centre. In the past year, I can honestly say we have not been able to fault this centre. Lydia, Lishan, and the full management team are all so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble (even when dealing with a helicopter mum like me!). The educators are all incredible and take the time to establish individual bonds with the children in their care. Something small my partner and I noticed from day one that means a lot to us is that every single educator knows all the children by name - regardless of which room they are in. Educators in rooms on the opposite side of the building will walk past and greet my daughter by name and that really goes a long way to me as a parent. The kids are always doing some fun, new activity and eat far better than I do in any given day! The centre is spotless, turnover seems very low compared to other centres and I am genuinely shocked that their ACECQA rating isn’t higher. I strongly recommend anyone looking at daycare options in the area to check it out.
