About Green Leaves Early Learning Ashgrove
Green Leaves Early Learning Ashgrove provides a nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and grow. This eco-conscious, architecturally designed centre caters to children from six weeks to school age and is open from 6:30am to 6:30pm, with plenty of parking and convenient access just 15 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.
Quality care is at the heart of everything we do, with an enriching early learning program that includes culinary lessons, music, yoga, and visiting shows and incursions. Our Educators use only high-quality, sustainable materials in the learning hubs, reinforcing our commitment to eco-conscious education.
Outside, children can enjoy endless adventures, whether they're zooming around the bike track, exploring the cubby house, or helping care for the centre’s very own edible garden. For families, a complimentary coffee and baked treat in the family lounge is the perfect way to start the day.
This is the second addition to the Green Leaves Ashgrove family, with Ashgrove Cottage just a few minutes down the road.

Most childcare centres are quite similar, but I think what sets Greenleaves Ashgrove apart is the cleanliness. Even on the busiest days, I noticed that they make sure each room is clean and tidy before they leave. The centre is also well organised, and the resources and toys are in great condition. The interior has a warm, home like feel combined with a school atmosphere. Also, I really appreciate the free coffee and snacks available for families during drop-off and pick-up. It shows how much they value and consider the overall experience not just for the children, but for the families too. What stands out is how well the employees are looked after. The centre provides free meals and snacks for the staff. They also have an on-site chef who makes sure the food is healthy and freshly cooked every day. And of course, the most important factor to consider are the educators. From what I’ve seen and from knowing some of them personally, I can truly say they are genuine in their care and dedication to the children. You should definitely visit them to experience it yourself. 🫡

I toured Green Leaves Ashgrove daycare and it’s definitely the best one I’ve seen in Brisbane! A special mention goes to Imogen, the incredible manager who truly sets the tone for the daycare’s warm and nurturing environment. Her dedication, professionalism and genuine love for children shine through in everything she does. She leads a fantastic team with kindness and expertise, ensuring that every child receives the highest level of care and attention. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, supported and assured that our child would be in the best possible hands. Imogen’s team are incredibly warm, attentive and passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. The activities and learning programs are thoughtfully designed to stimulate young minds and encourage creativity, problem solving and social skills. It’s evident that the educators genuinely care about each child’s development, tailoring their approach to suit individual needs and personalities. Beyond the exceptional childcare, the onsite chef is a game changer! Knowing that your little ones are served nutritious, delicious meals prepared fresh every day gives us peace of mind. The quality and variety of meals offered ensure that even the pickiest eaters are well fed and happy. And let’s not forget the endless coffee supply - an absolute life saver for parents and staff alike! Whether it’s fuelling a busy morning drop off or giving educators the boost they need to keep up with energetic little learners, it’s the small touch that makes all the difference. The facilities are spotless and well equipped, providing a fun yet structured space for play and learning. I can't say how happy (and relieved) we are to have found Greenleaves Ashgrove and their nursery program. Finding a childcare centre was a really daunting task for our family but from the moment we toured the centre, we felt at ease. The educators, administrators and chef work as such a great team and this is felt in the positive, inviting and professional atmosphere at the centre. Everyday we are greeted by the same warm, caring, and attentive educators who create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the babies. Our child has thrived in their care. The nursery is always clean, bright, and filled with age-appropriate toys and activities. There is always something new and interesting for the little ones to explore inside and outside! I really appreciate the educators focus on and respect for individual feeding and sleeping routines in the nursery. The daily updates and photos allow me to feel reassured that our child is happy and engaged and thriving in her environment! Communication from the centre is always excellent. We feel informed and involved in our child's development and her progress settling into daycare. Greenleaves Ashgrove has exceeded all our expectations, and we are so grateful for the loving care our baby receives.
