Welcome to Great Beginnings Mill Park. We're ideally located for families in Mill Park, South Morang, Bundoora, Epping, Watsonia North, Lalor, Plenty and Thomastown. We are located just behind the Stables Shopping Centre.
Our Long Daycare and Kindergarten Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
We provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our longstanding, multicultural and dedicated team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the Government-approved Kindergarten program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at our Centre including:
- Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life. Children learn about recycling, conserving water, growing food and the importance of protecting our planet.
- Community Engagement Program: Encourages children to interact with and discover their local community. We often have visits from community services, and we go out on adventures to teach the children about their local environment.
- Music & Movement Program: Designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. Children learn to appreciate and develop an understanding of music - and of course, have fun.
- Sports Program: Allows the children to be active and learn about different sports and movements.

My daughter has been attending Great Beginnings 8 months now, and absolutely loves going. Every morning she launches out of my arms for cuddles with her educators and again when we leave. She squeals with excitement when we walk through the doors. The ladies here are very friendly, caring and approachable with any concerns. They are very communicative, send lots of updates and use the Xplor app which I absolutely love as it gives me updates on her daily activities. Highly recommend Great Beginnings Mill Park.

I have only positive things to say about this centre. I have my full trust in leaving my kids at Great Beginnings and now I'm in the process of starting my youngest. Bec and Kirstie have been amazing and always helpful and accommodating to all we need. The meals on offer a super yummy and the chef always makes enough for families to try on drop off and pick up!

I have two children attending Great Beginnings Mill Park — one in the toddler room and one in kinder. They both absolutely love going to daycare! They enjoy spending time with their teachers and friends. The educators are all incredibly friendly and caring. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming environment for their children.
