Great Beginnings Hornsby

All my children have attended this Centre, my oldest started a few months after it opened. We have seen three management changes and the most recent who has now been there a year and a half has been the most positive change for the centre. My children have always been happy and the staff have always had my children’s best interests at heart and they have all always been happy and enjoyed their days there. The staffing is consistent with all the different team members knowing all the children in all the rooms which makes it a welcoming place. There is lots of space and different activities for the children to play with and a fantastic area outdoors. My youngest is enjoying his first few weeks there now and has settled in very quickly with lots of love and care from the staff. Would always recommend the centre to anyone needing a change from another centre or wanting to give their child a great start to their childcare experience!

My son has been at this centre since he was 6 months old and he absolutely loves it. The centre is amazing compared to others in the area. Its spacious with a big backyard for play and what I love is the fact that they have a separate area for babies and bigger kids. The management and educators are wonderful with the kids and also listen to feedback from parents. Thank you for supporting us daily and ensuring my child is happy and comfortable and has a safe space to play and grow. I really appreciate all the work the educators and management are currently doing. Keep up the amazing work.

It's been the first time my little boy is attending a childcare, he has been at Great Beginnings Hornsby since June and I can say after the first weeks of getting settled to this new routine, getting used to the new environment, getting know the educators and all those new feelings and concerns we go through at the beginning of something new, I definitely can say he is very happy going to his "little school". The educators are really nice, kind and friendly. There's things that could be improved like everywhere but I'm sure they are doing they best and doing a good job around there. Communication is great and Misty (the centre managager) always answer your emails and explain everything you need with patient and attention. The educators always give us feedback about the little ones. The App works well and it's good have updates about what's going on during our little ones day.

No response again!!! Terrible management ever!! Pool communication and payment system. I sent email back on February. Only respond now and left much problems. Money hu gger childcare. If you want to go to this childcare, make sure you d7o check your bill ever week and back up everything you have. The director event mass up our last day in the childcare. very poor communication. Not recommend.
