We offer nurturing care and quality early education for children from 6 weeks to 6 years, with flexible hours (9, 10, 11, and 12-hour sessions) to suit busy families.

Our Learning Environments

Our children benefit from familiar faces as they grow, creating a sense of continuity:

  • Nursery (0-2 years): A safe, nurturing environment for babies to explore with tailored sensory and social experiences.
  • Toddler (2-3 years): Play-based learning encourages curiosity, confidence, and social skills.
  • Preschool (3-6 years): A stimulating learning environment that prepares our children for school through our Enhanced Learning Program.

We’re proud to have qualified teachers and educators, supported by a team of national education experts, ensuring the highest quality childcare and early education.

Innovative Early Learning Programs

Our teachers deliver the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF or the national curriculum) through play-based learning that covers language, literacy, numeracy, STEM, social, and emotional development. Our program also includes:

  • Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation (RAMSR), an evidence-based program developed by Queensland University of Technology to support children’s executive function and self-regulation.
  • Environmental and social sustainability learning experiences.
  • Personalised learning plans for each child.
  • Local school connections.

We focus on strong family partnerships through regular learning and development conversations with your child’s lead educator, learning showcases, and in-centre family events. Our Xplor app provides real-time updates and learning summaries daily to keep you informed on your child’s journey.

Warning to parents: Unfair and predatory bond practices. I strongly advise caution before handing over any money to this Centre. We chose not to proceed with enrollment, and despite giving 2 months notice, they are refusing to refund our bond. Under Australian Consumer Law, a bond should be a genuine pre-estimate of loss. Given the fact that there is a waitlist as with all centres and the ample notice provided, there is no justification for withholding this amount other than as an unlawful penalty. It is disappointing to see a childcare provider prioritize profit over fairness to local families. We are currently escalating this matter to NSW Fair Trading. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Disappointed by the lack of transparency and ethics.

Response from the owner7 days ago

Hi Golnaz, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. As outlined in our enrolment terms and conditions, the enrolment deposit secures a future place and is non-refundable if a family chooses to cancel their enrolment. A copy of this policy is provided prior to payment so families can make an informed decision before proceeding. We understand that circumstances can change and we appreciate you raising your concerns. Our team is always happy to discuss enrolment queries directly and clarify any aspect of our policies to support families in making the right choice for them. We wish your family all the best in finding care that suits your needs. Kind regards, The Great Beginnings Team
