About Gowrie Victoria Carlton Learning Precinct
Gowrie Carlton Learning Precinct (CLP) sits within Melbourne’s first integrated learning centre where early learning, primary school, health, and community support all come together on a single site.
Wraparound family support, all in one place. Maternal and Child Health, immunisation services, playgroup, food bank, adult learning, and Our Place are all on site, removing barriers for families right alongside their child’s education.
Seamless transition to school. Co-located with Carlton Primary School, children visit classrooms, the library, art room, and bush classroom through our Out and About Program, so by the time they start Prep, the school already feels like home.
A richly diverse, inclusive community. Our team speaks over 19 languages. All 4-year-old kindergarten children participate in Bush Kinder, connecting to Country and First Nations perspectives.
Gowrie Carlton Learning Precinct is rated Exceeding under the National Quality Standards.
