I have been in the industry for 24 years and this centre, by far, has the most impact on my career. The manager, staff, teachers, and educators go above and beyond to make sure children in their care fell safe and secured in the learning environment. The support for families and community is also outpouring. Staff have diverse cultural background yet are able work together for the best interest of the children, families, and the community. The work culture is that of respect, support, and growth mindset which is also reflected in the children's program. Kudos to everyone in this centre. I feel so blessed to have been a part of this team.
