I have been sending my children to Goodstart Werribee since 2015. My youngest daughter is in kindergarten and I can honestly say I will be sad to say goodbye to all the wonderful staff at the end of this year. The level of care and warmth you get from the educators make for an easy transition at drop off.

We had a rough start at another center, which made finding the right place for our son even more important. After touring multiple centers, Goodstart Werribee immediately stood out. It had such a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff made us feel comfortable from day one. It’s a smaller center, which I love because it feels more personal and community-based. Every educator, whether from my son's room or not, knows him by name and interacts with him with genuine care and kindness. That consistency and connection really helped him settle in and feel safe. He’s been attending for over a year now, and we’ve seen him absolutely thrive — socially, emotionally, and developmentally. He’s learned so much, become more confident, and formed close friendships. The activities are always engaging and age-appropriate, and the educators clearly put so much thought and effort into what they do. The outdoor play area is fantastic — lots of space, equipment, and variety. Right now, the tricycles are his favourite, and most days he doesn’t want to leave when I come to pick him up, which is a great sign of how happy he is there. I’m so grateful to have found a center where he’s not only safe and well cared for but truly thriving. I couldn’t recommend Goodstart Werribee more highly.

Two of my kids go to Goodstart. My older one went for 5 years and the younger is on year 3 and loving it. Best part about this centre is the Low staff turnover - I see the same people from 2018, when we first started. Everyone has been there long enough to get to know the kids and the parents, and genuinely care for the kids. They go above and beyond. Issues are communicated promptly. Cleanliness is a top priority. The play areas are regulary updated. We love the sandpit, the cubby house, the climbing frames, the pedal bikes, plenty of space to run around. I do suggest putting bollards outside the glass walls. It just makes me feel uneasy how exposed it is, even the bins have bollards in front of it.
Response from the ownerabout 1 month agoThank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and ongoing support over the years. We're so glad to hear your children have had a positive experience and that you’ve felt confident in our team and environment. We truly value your suggestion regarding the bollards and will pass it on for review. Your trust and kind words mean a great deal to us!
