We had an extremely negative experience with the center. The educators were engaging in inappropriate behavior, such as intimidating children by threatening them with being on the naughty list and not receiving gifts from Santa. They even went as far as asking parents not to take their children anywhere. Instead of fostering growth and positive experiences, their only approach seemed to be based on threats. Additionally, they would discuss other children with parents and ask them not to invite certain kids they deemed as "bad." We attempted to address our concerns with the management, but unfortunately, no action was taken. We strongly advise against leaving your children at this center.

The staff at Goodstart Waurn Ponds are outstanding! The boys run into their room excited and love to spend the day laughing, playing and learning with their freinds, and I walk away feeling so lucky that they are in such a caring and professional learning environment. If you're looking for quality child care for your little ones, book a tour and see for yourself what a great place it is!

My children love going to Goodstart Waurn Ponds! The staff are super friendly and welcoming to all and my kids love exploring the outdoor spaces and playing with their friends! The staff develop really strong relationships with the children which means my kids feel safe and eager to learn along side their classmates. The centre is community and family orientated with a strong focus on inclusiveness for all.
