Goodstart Early Learning Wantirna South - Cathies Lane

Welcome to Goodstart Early Learning Wantirna South - Cathies Lane

Goodstart Wantirna South – Cathies Lane provides quality childcare and kindergarten in a small, welcoming centre where children and families can feel at home.

Our longstanding team includes educators who have been part of our Cathies Lane community for more than 10 years, providing children with consistency, trusted relationships and a strong sense of belonging. Four Bachelor-qualified kindergarten teachers deliver play-based programs with a strong focus on building children's confidence, independence and skills for school.

Children have plenty of opportunities to explore beyond traditional learning spaces through Bush Kinder, nature play and two spacious outdoor environments. Our active vegetable garden gives children hands-on opportunities to plant, grow, water and pick seasonal vegetables.

Our diverse educators speak Hindi, Gujarati, Chinese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjabi, Slovenian and Persian, creating a multicultural environment where different languages and cultures are valued.

Children also enjoy fortnightly Sports Hero sessions, monthly music experiences and our weekly Mandarin program, providing varied opportunities to explore movement, creativity and language.

Conveniently located on Cathies Lane near Westfield Knox, Eastlink Freeway, Waverley Christian College and The Knox School, our smaller centre offers a warm, family-focused approach to early learning.
