Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Vermont - Canterbury Road North is a 120-place centre located in a peaceful residential area, close to schools, shops, and community facilities.

Inside, each room from Nursery to Kindergarten/Preschool is designed according to the Early Years Learning Framework, offering sensory and play-based learning opportunities in colourful, stimulating surroundings. This environment supports children’s growth and development through engaging activities.

Our Storypark platform, along with family nights and newsletters, ensures strong communication with families, allowing us to tailor programs to each child’s individual needs, interests, and strengths. We are proud to celebrate the diverse cultural backgrounds of our centre.

Outside, age-appropriate play spaces feature sandpits, cubbyhouses, vegetable patches, a dirt pit, obstacle courses, and plenty of shaded areas. These spaces promote environmental awareness and sustainability.

A qualified cook prepares healthy and nutritious meals daily, covering breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack, all of which are provided by the centre.

Our multipurpose room offers a great indoor alternative for physical activities, particularly on winter days, enabling children to remain active and engaged.

Community engagement is a core part of our centre, and we enhance learning experiences through visits and events throughout the year. Daily art and music activities encourage creativity, while quarterly parent evenings offer families a chance to connect and contribute to the centre.
