Absolutely disgusting “care” these young children are receiving. After I picked up my child and brought he home I changed his nappy to find harsh red markings in his private areas and he stated he was in pain and started to cry. I immediately rushed him to the hospital and we were there until midnight. A investigation has commenced as well as photographs have been sent to the forensic team at the royal children’s. We just moved to Shepparton to assist my grandma with her recent diagnosis of terminal lung cancer. Be believed our child would of been well looked after but due to so many problems with the educators including lack of communication no one knowing what happened to your child and having to ask one another if your child’s been to the toilet or how many nappy changes they have had. This knowledge should be shared. My partner had picked up our son and on numerous occasions he was socking wet this non of his spare change of clothes touched in his bag. When I call up they never know exactly what happened l. My son came home with blisters on his feet due to not having his socks on all day just his shoes. Regardless of losing his socks there are spares shoes and socks in his bag also. At the very minimum educators could of contact led myself or the list of emergency contacts for someone to bring extra socks. A incident report was not even filled out the day the incident of the red markings on my sons privates had happened. This was a Friday I called them before going to the hospital they had no clue or never noticed anything to then Monday in had to contact them again and go there for a incident report which was completely Bs. Having to wait for them to fill in a crucial and mandatory form is completely unacceptable. I am absolutely disgusted in all educators and managers. Another concern fact is when I called for a meeting with managers and educators on Monday once I arrived the manager I was seeing turned around and told me she’s not the manager and proceeded to fake call the manager and then told me she’s won’t be coming back and she can talk to me the following day and left a educator of his room and of a complete other room who doesn’t know my son or have any impact on his day to day activities. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!
