My son has been to here for a fews year and he recently just moved up to the west side across the road (4yo kinder) I'm writing the review to show my gratitude to all the educators who helped me raise my boy for the past couple of years, even when we moved to different suburb, we still couldn't move him from here because of how happy and safe he feels here (my son is very expressive, he tells me who's kind or unkind to him always) If your children are your world like mine is, I can reassure you that they will be safe and happy here. Emily, the director is wonderful because of how understanding she is to the parents and children needs. Whenever I brought up my concerns, big or small, I was never treated as a nuisance but she always made what troubled me and my son heard, seen and resolved. Thank you everyone from the bottom of our hearts. Tommy and Mommy Aya We are going to miss you.. Lucky, Anne, Stef, Miho, Thioni, Melisa and everyone!

We are so happy we decided to move our child here from a different daycare in the area. Within a week she was completely settled, at ease with her wonderful educators and would happily walk into daycare excited for a day full of adventure and fun. All of the educators are smiley, happy to be there and seem to genuinely care about your child. After having a pretty average experience at another daycare, you can really tell the difference between a good culture and a happy work environment. Special mention to Pam, Annie and Angela in the nursery room - you are all amazing, kind and caring and we are so grateful to you for looking after our girl!

Worst tour. And only bad tour we've had. After touring multiple centres to get a feel of what's around us and can offer a nurturing, educational place to our son, we were excited to tour Cumberland Road East. However, from opening the door, the tour was just a rubbish experience. Completely impersonal. We met who we can only assume was the director, as she did not introduce herself - only when I asked what to write on the QR checking in form. She did not ask our baby's name, or our names. She stood outside one room, pointed said "here is where we make the bottles" then took us to one more room and that was that. No explaining of daily rhythms, no questions about us, no explanation or tour of kitchen, any other rooms, or the outside area. Just kept repeating they had no vacancies until mid next year - which was never communicated to us upon signing up for the tour. Then before leaving asked us multiple times to join a waitlist after a shocking tour that felt rushed and completely half hearted. We saw no passion for children or the centre itself. Nothing was 'toured' to us, shown, explained. It was like we were using up her time. Would not recommend to anybody.
