About Goodstart Early Learning Paralowie - Byron Bay Drive
Goodstart Paralowie Byron Bay Drive, in Northern Adelaide, is located next to Bethany Christian School and Temple Christian College. Our centre has strong connections with these schools, supporting a smooth transition for families who enrol there and welcoming visits from students for child studies and performances. Educators at Goodstart Paralowie focus on inclusive, family-centred collaboration, working closely with support agencies to ensure positive outcomes for all children.
Our dedicated Early Childhood Teachers prepare children for school through our funded Preschool program, which includes engaging incursions and activities aligned with the Universal Access framework. Can Not fault this center!! The staff are beautiful, kind, understanding and so warm and welcoming to children. They are also very accommodating to children’s needs and issue and always happy to sit down with parent to discuss anything they can do to help them overcome. I’ve had both my children at this center and honestly could praise it enough! 10/10

I have no obligation to make this review, but I thought it would be handy to advise that the staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. As a Learner Support Service Case Manager I often see students at placements get pushed to the side, however, everyone here understands that helping placement students in turn creates a better and thriving environment for the children. They put in so much effort to ensure that the children here are looked after and treated with care and respect, as well as have their best developmental interests in mind. Truly above and beyond.

Took them over an hour to find my neices epipen. If this was a real live emergency SHE WOULD be dead. Youv caused extream stress WITH YOUR LACK OF CONSERN..THIS IS FAR FROM EXCEPTIONAL YOUR A BLODDY CHILD CARE FACILITY FOR GOD SAKE!!!!. GET SOME BETTER TRAINING. OR MIND A NEW PROFESSION, THE SITUATION AT HAND IS EXTREAMLY FRAGILE AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY YOU SHOULD ALL BE ONTOP OF THAT.! IF THE KEY FOR THE FIRST AID UNIT IS BROKEN. BREAK THE DOOR OFF!!!!!!! USLESS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I'll never EVER use your facility and will make sure anyone and everyone that mentions it is aware
Response from the ownerabout 3 years agoHi Lane, we definitely understand your concern as we are committed to the safety of the children in our care. I would just like to clarify that the child’s EpiPen was located in an emergency bag in the Kindy room while the staff were waiting for the First Aid box to be fixed to ensure it was easily accessible if needed. If there was an incident where the EpiPen was required and it could not be located immediately, our staff would call an ambulance. There was no incident that occurred, but I understand that when the child’s mother came to pick up the EpiPen, there was miscommunication about where it was located as the staff member from the Nursery who was asked to locate it didn’t realise it was in the emergency bag. Once she spoke to the staff in the Kindy room it was clarified. Please be assured that we take safety seriously – our staff are all first aid trained and ensure that the medical needs of each child are taken into consideration every day.
