This center is the best place to do student placements. I had a wonderful and amazing time doing my placements. I have learned a lot about childcare and how professional this job will be for a educators. All staff members were very friendly, caring and supportive towards me and helped me a lot in finishing my assignments both for certificate 3 and diploma. I am thank ful to nethra, Christine, Anjali for understanding my situation and giving me an opportunity to do my placements in their centre and thankful to Celine, Philomena, Linda, Anusha in helping me to finish both my certificate 3 and diploma placements assessments well and other staff members for their support and care.

The staff demonstrated remarkable empathy, expertise, and dedication, creating a safe and stimulating space for children to thrive. I was particularly impressed by the service's cultural awareness and sensitivity, fostering a sense of belonging for all families. The service has the well-managed environment, with thoughtful displays that created a homely atmosphere. I must say that the staff's unwavering commitment to equity and agency, empowering children to grow and develop at their own pace was on spot. Families are truly fortunate to have their children in such exceptional care. I had a great experience interning at Goodstart Noble Park, everyone welcomed me, supported and guided me very carefully. They did not hesitate to share their experiences and knowledge with me when I asked questions, were always ready to answer all my questions and help me complete the necessary paperwork.
