Our child is no longer attending Goodstart Early Learning. However, we were happy with the following: - Beautiful space and a great layout. We really liked how children of their own age groups were together in a class, and had their own playground/toilet. - Cleanliness was great. However, it would be better if the Nursery room had shoes taken off. - Erin is a superstar! Extremely efficient. It was great dealing with her. - Centre manager and educators were lovely. Things we weren't so happy with: - In the few months our child attended, we came across a lot of new faces. Perhaps their turnover rate of staff is rather high, or they engage casual educators from agencies often. - Our child was falling sick on a weekly basis. We understand sickness is inevitable, and is extremely normal for young children. However, falling sick that often is unacceptable. During pick up and drop off, we could see children with snotty green noses. Sick children shouldn't be allowed to attend, or should be taken home to rest.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your transparency, as it helps us improve the experience for our families and little learners. We're glad to hear you appreciated our centre space and team, especially Erin’s diligence. It’s always our goal to provide a steady and familiar team for the children while ensuring we have the amazing educators needed to give each child the support they deserve. We’ll take your feedback on board as we continue to grow our team. We agree that illness at this age can be tough. We have strict health and safety protocols in place to combat this, and will always do what we can to support families during this often challenging time when illness is so common. We’ll keep your insights in mind as our policies continue to evolve to better combat bugs and support our families' needs. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts!
