Goodstart Early Learning Moonee Beach

Operating since 2004, Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Moonee Beach is located in a beachside suburb north of Coffs Harbour. We cater for 51 children across three rooms: Nursery (6 weeks to 2 years), Toddler Room (2 to 3.5 years), and Kindergarten/Preschool (3.5 years to school age). Our aim is to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that prepares children for the transition to school.

Our qualified cook provides nutritious meals daily, ensuring children are energised for a day filled with fun and learning. The centre boasts spacious play areas, and we are developing a garden to help children engage with nature and sustainability.

Our educational programmes are designed using the Early Years Learning Framework and tailored to each child's individual strengths and needs. Each week, our educators reflect on teaching practices and the environment to promote learning and quality outcomes. Every child has a developmental profile, and families receive a portfolio at the end of the year documenting their child’s progress.

We believe in strong family and community partnerships, fostering open communication and collaboration with parents to ensure the best possible care for each child.
