Goodstart Early Learning Marleston

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Goodstart Marleston since moving interstate, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and education our two girls (aged 2 and 4) have received.<br><br>Having experienced several childcare centres across two different states, we can confidently say that this has been by far the best!<br><br>The educators are genuinely passionate, friendly and attentive, taking the time to get to know each child’s personality, interests and individual needs. They’ve learnt exactly what helps our girls feel comfortable and settled, which has made drop-offs so much easier and virtually seamless as our two girls were particularly challenging at times.<br><br>One of the biggest positives for us has been the consistency of staff. There seems to be very little staff turnover, meaning our girls are greeted by familiar faces each day and have developed lovely relationships with their educators.<br><br>The centre is also incredibly well managed. Director Nancy is so welcoming, approachable and thorough, and Mel in administration is always incredibly helpful, particularly when it comes to organising bookings and additional days. Communication is excellent, including regular updates, availability of extra care days and holiday discounts, which makes juggling work and family life so much easier.<br><br>The learning experiences are fantastic, the facilities are great, and the outdoor play areas are fabulous! Both girls have developed so much in their learning, confidence and independence, and have made lots of lovely little friendships along the way.<br>Most importantly, we genuinely feel our girls are safe, happy and well cared for. Having experienced other centres, we really appreciate the consistency, warmth and genuine care this team provides. We're so grateful to all the wonderful educators for creating such a positive and nurturing environment for our girls. We couldn't recommend this centre more highly! :)
