We decided to enroll my daughter at Goodstart Millett Street when she was 12 months old a few months ago, after many endless tours at other childcare centres around the inner west area. We had a 5-day orientation where we were able to assimilate my girl into the new environment and build trust with her key educators in the 0-2 year old room, and ever since she started, I have been very pleased, impressed and grateful to the educators Rosza, Shant, Anita and others who have been extremely dedicated and attentive to my girl’s needs. She has enjoyed many fun activities with the other children and we often get updates via the Storypark app on their activities and routines. Thank you Emily, Elly and team for such a great experience to foster a great environment for our children to flourish and grow!

This centre has some good teachers. However lack of communication and family support are two biggest problems. And I have seen young kids got injured in this centre. We have left, together with many other families. I would not recommend this centre.

Response from the owner3 months ago

I’m sorry you feel this way. As the new centre director, I’ve focused on improving communication and family support.
