Our daughter has attended Goodstart Hurstville for about 6 months now, since she was 12 months old. From the start we felt confident about sending her as the 5 orientation sessions gave us a good insight into how the nursery room operated. Rosza, Shantona and Anita are warm, kind and clearly excellent at their jobs and our daughter loves going - she happily runs out the door on daycare days. All the other staff are lovely and the Director, Emily is organised and approachable, with thorough communication.

Of all the centres we toured Goodstart Hurstville was the one that we felt had implemented proper safeguarding measures. They have also found a great balance between providing updates in Storypark and not having iPads in our childs face all the time taking hundreds of photos. The learning stories we get are considered and sharing of kids photos with other families is limited.

Response from the owner

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so pleased your daughter has settled in so happily and that the orientation process helped you feel confident from the beginning. It means a great deal to know you value the care and professionalism of our educators, along with the centre’s approach to safety and safeguarding. We also appreciate your recognition of the balance our team maintains between sharing meaningful updates and being fully present with the children. Thank you for trusting our Hurstville team with your daughter and for sharing such encouraging feedback!
