Goodstart Early Learning Forest Lake - Forest Lake Boulevard

I recently visited this service on two occasions. I had initially toured with my daughter to see the service and decide if it would be the right fit for my little girl. The first tour was great - the administration staff member was wonderful. She was able to ease my nerves as a first time mum and make me feel really comfortable. However, I did observe the educators within some of the rooms who appeared to not like their jobs or want to be there, and yelling at the children. The lady who took me for my first tour encouraged me to bring my husband back for a tour as well if I wanted to as I was still unsure. When me and my husband came back for my second tour the centre director took us around, this was not a good experience. She seemed unsure, and was unable to tell me about the routines or learning in the rooms. I also saw children sat around an educator watching what appeared to be cocomelon. The manager lady started making excuses and wasn’t able to take any responsibility for what her teachers were doing. This is appauling. We didn’t mind what the children were doing but didn’t feel the way that she spoke down about the staff was good and we didn’t want someone like that being in charge of our baby’s safety. I would avoid this place if you can.
