It is disappointing to witness how responsibility is so easily deflected under the guise of procedure. I have been patient, cooperative, and understanding throughout the past year. Yet the response I’ve received is not accountability, but silence, delay, and redirection. This is not about refusing to wait—this is about how institutions assume that families will silently accept mistakes, carry the burden, and chase government departments just because “that’s the way things are done.” That mindset needs to change. Because when systems protect themselves more than the people they serve, they lose trust.

My husband and I are beyond happy at Goodstart Centennial Way. We always boast to our friends and family how well our little boy is looked after, the great variety of nutritious meals he is provided with and all the beautiful photos and videos we get throughout the day to show what he is up to. The staff are just amazing and we have a very happy toddler who is always smiling.
