Needed a daycare for my bub when we moved from Darwin to Townsville, and Tracy was extremely helpful in the arrangements as we could not do an actual tour. Once we arrived we had some system issues with our login on the Xap system. She went above and beyond to get that fixed for us and helped with to get everything done manually. Still facing covid restrictions, the staff amazingly did a video call with our bub's first short visit and we were able to follow along and see everything happening on the "inside", and get all our questions answered straight away. Our bub totally loved all her educators and it was a sad day when we said goodbye to the team at Cranbrook (moved to a different neighbourhood and got daycare closer to home). Thank you, I never had any worries leaving my bub in your care.

My son loves going to the "school"! He loves all his educators. During transition, his educators were all so patient with him even when he cries during drop off. It didn't take long for him to settle and has now bonded with all his teachers after a couple of weeks. The activities prepared for them are all so lovely and very engaging. Well done, ladies! Keep up the excellent work! Thank you.
