I recently attended the orientation at this centre with my 7-month-old, and I was extremely disappointed with the level of care and attentiveness shown by the educator. During the visit, toddlers were allowed to hover around my baby, and on more than one occasion, she was smacked on her face or nearly kicked, yet the educator barely responded or intervened. This happened twice within a short time frame, and it became clear to me that this environment is not safe or nurturing for an infant, especially in the absence of a parent. I decided after the second day not to continue with this centre. If you are considering childcare for a young baby, I would highly recommend looking into a private nanny instead, especially if you can afford it, to ensure your child receives the attention and safety they deserve.

During your orientation, children were supervised by an educator all times. We understand that starting care can feel overwhelming, particularly during orientation visits, and our team always aims to make these experiences as comfortable and supportive as possible.
