With all the news that’s been going on ATM with the Australian childcare industry, we are so glad that we found this one. My kid loves it here. Settled in well even in the first week he started. Now he smiles to the educators every morning during drop-off, no fuss when we leave the room. That says it all! The educators were caring and very flexible with his routines, given he is going through teething and can be unsettled during feed. They know what they are doing, and they do it with love. Highly recommend this centre.

My daughter absolutely loves this childcare center. She joined when she was three years old. The supportive environment and attentive staff make it a truly exceptional place. Additionally, the center has a spacious outdoor area, providing ample opportunities for children to engage in enjoyable outdoor activities. Without a doubt, this is a fantastic center.

My son has a very good relationship with his educators and we are happy here. The staff turnover is non existent since we started and the educators seem to understand that every child is an individual and do their best to accommodate to each child’s needs.

My two sons went here. The rooms are way too large. Almost chaotic. Our 3 year old we moved eventually to Kingswood College because he managed to bite off a clay model and the staff were to busy cleaning for closing instead of watching him. Our second son we put him in the baby room in March 2022 when he was 9 months old. The lady in charge of the room, Hannah, would never allow me to come in to see him during pick up. Although Hannah kept the lines of communication open regularly, I did not think she managed him well. The few times the Director let me in, I observed him being completely secluded from the other infants just because he was developmentally behind. Also, after 3 months of him being there we were told by his pediatrician to remove him due to malnutrition. This facility believes in isolating developmentally behind children instead of keeping them with others to learn, and grow. Highly recommend to find another daycare. We eventually found another daycare where he is absolutely thriving and they allow us in regularly to see him and there is no need of regular communication because we are part of the family and can sit outside and really watch what’s going on!
