About Goodstart Early Learning Blue Haven

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Blue Haven is a 70 place centre conveniently located opposite Blue Haven Public School and a short walk to the Blue Haven Community Centre.

We cater for children from six weeks to five years, in two buildings, with the preschool building separate to the main building. Inside, our rooms are set up to ensure the children’s individual needs and interests are met, while working to the Early Years Learning Framework in curriculum delivery. Outside, we have spacious and stimulating playground areas which encourage the children to develop understanding around areas of nature, environment and sustainability.

Our nursery has its own separate playground within the main playground to ensure they are able to interact with their siblings and older children throughout the day; while still having a safe and separate area to explore.
The educators at our centre take pride in building strong relationships with all children and their families. We believe that families are the most important influence on a child’s learning and development, and encourage families to work with us in partnership. This relationship building is cemented by our key educator approach.

You’re organisation is behaving greedy and unrealistic. To state children are more at risk at home?! What about family such as mine that has a 11 month old baby, elderly mother and a pregnant sister that reside under one roof who are high risk. What about these children that are attending daycare that have the “mild symptoms” then come home and infect the vulnerable! You’re horrible organisation is refusing to take on board today’s announcement of “if children can remain at home please do so and schools will remain open for working professionals” What about the families who are unable to work due to closures and are going through severe financial hardship??? You’re greedy mentally over the duty of care is absolutely disgusting!!!
