About Goodstart Early Learning Blackburn - Springfield Road
Goodstart Blackburn – Springfield Road is a modern, purpose-built early learning centre located on the second floor of North Blackburn Shopping Centre. We offer care and education for children aged six weeks to five years, in a safe, nurturing, and naturally inspired environment.
Our centre features six spacious, age-based learning spaces, all directly connected to outdoor play areas. These nature-inspired yards include sensory elements and open-ended play opportunities to foster curiosity and development.
Educational programs are thoughtfully designed in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, ensuring children’s individual needs, interests, and strengths are supported. Our dedicated Kindergarten program is recognised by the Victorian State Government’s ‘Kinder Tick’.
At Goodstart Blackburn, our passionate and qualified educators are committed to creating meaningful learning experiences while participating in ongoing professional development. We also provide families with updates through the StoryPark app, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
Nutritious meals are prepared fresh daily in our onsite kitchen, and all essentials, including nappies, hats, and a t-shirt, are provided.

Could not rate this daycare any higher. Looks are definitely deceiving from the outside , very spacious, amazing facilities, and wonderful caring staff! I am so pleased to have my daughter attend attending this centre.

We have had an excellent experience with Good Start Blackburn. Our daughter, Anoosha, has thrived in this nurturing and educational environment. The staff is incredibly caring and professional, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and support. We've had such a positive experience at Goodstart Blackburn, right from our first tour, to enrolment with the supportive admin team and through our first weeks and now months. The centre is very clean and organised with lots of educational and enriching activities, creating a wonderful environment my toddler absolutely loves. I have a peace of mind knowing my son is in great hands with the wonderful educators and staff here.
