Goodstart Early Learning Bedford Park

Located on Kaurna Country in Adelaide's southern suburbs, Goodstart Bedford Park is a small, welcoming 60-place early learning centre where children are known, supported and encouraged to explore at their own pace. Conveniently located behind Sturt Police Station, near the Tonsley train line and just off Sturt Road, the centre is well placed for local families, including those working at nearby hospitals.

Our experienced and longstanding team includes educators who have been with Goodstart for between five and 20 years, providing children with consistent, trusted relationships. Our multicultural educators speak languages including Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese and Thai, helping create an inclusive environment where families from diverse backgrounds feel welcome and represented.

Our Nursery supports children aged 0–2, giving babies valuable time to build secure relationships with familiar educators. Children also enjoy spacious, natural outdoor environments where they can explore, move, investigate and develop confidence through play-based learning.

Our child-led programs are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and respond to each child's interests, strengths and developmental needs. A Bachelor-qualified Preschool teacher supports children as they develop the confidence and skills needed for their transition to school. Weekly Happy Feet and Soccer Joeys experiences also bring music, movement and physical activity into children's learning.

Fresh, nutritious meals are prepared onsite, with nappies, wipes, cot linen and sunscreen also provided. Families particularly value our caring educators and close-knit community feel.
