We’ve had such a great experience at Goodstart Armadale! The staff are so welcoming and always go above and beyond to make both the children and parents feel at home. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and full of positive energy. It’s clear that the educators genuinely care about the kids and create such a fun, nurturing environment.

We were devastated to leave early this year, but I came back to write a review to call out a few special staff members. My daughter is very selective of people she will go to and always has been. We started in the nursery room, where Marie was wonderful, making sure she stuck to our routines, happily following our home based routine of nursing to sleep and attachment raising style. Then we moved through the rooms and in the toddler room Danni was amazing (sorry if I spelled wrong!) Danni was always very non-fussed by little meltdowns, listening to my daughters worries and happy to distract during troublesome drop off's, distracting my LO with her favourite book to make the transition easier. Next we moved on to the 3yr old room, Richa is the toddler whisperer! My daughter still talks about little chats she had with "my beautiful Richa" no matter how upset my child was at drop off, Richa was there with a warm hug, a very secure "it will be OK, we will have some fun" and a great distraction. Finally we were in the 4yo kindy room. My daughter and my life weren't able to transition to a school based kindy, so we stayed. Shannon was fabulous, always accommodating of my daughters quirks and needs and made my daughter feel safe and supported. At the end of the day the kids are in the yard playing together which gives the kids the chance to spend time with educators from different rooms so they can maintain those connections which is also fabulous and sets them up for school. The centre was very accommodating throughout of my choice to use cloth nappies and also very accommodating of my daughters picky eating, including serving my child's food up separated amd encouraging her to try new foods and even assemble her own food (like make your own pizza) to encourage her to try new things. Belinda is also fabulous and gets to know each family and genuinely cares about the kids in her centre. A big thankyou to the wonderful staff (including those not named!) You all helped make my daughters transition from full time with family to full time school a success. Definitely 5 star review for care, attention to detail and value for money (as they do provide meals and nappies and still accommodating family preferences and needs)

We were initially very nervous about sending our son to daycare, when we had our orientation with Belinda she was very accomodating and gave my wife and I so much confidence in the centre and the staff. Our little guy has been a regular for nearly a year and he absolutely loves it, we regularly see updates come through our email with stories and photos of what they get up to and never doubt that he has a great day with plenty of learning and fun. The staff are amazing and we love to see how excited our little boy gets to see the team as well as the little friends he’s made. I sincerely hope we can continue to send him here up until he’s ready for school as he has such a good time when he’s there.
