About Goodstart Early Learning Altona

Goodstart Altona caters to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a warm, welcoming and homelike environment. Staffed by an expert team of dedicated educators, the children’s interests and strengths are nurtured. Through an inclusive and community-focused approach, the educators ensure the children develop socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically.

In the large outdoor play space the children can enjoy the sandpit, climbing equipment or water play. There is also plenty of shade for all day play and synthetic turf to create a safe environment for the children to discover the world around them. There are also veggie gardens to teach the children about responsibility and caring for nature.

Indoors, the children have access to a wide range of resources so they can explore their own interests in an interactive and immersive environment. They can sing, dance, build, create, explore and play. The rooms are light and bright, thanks to large windows that allow natural light to flood into the building.

❤️ We can never thank Goodstart Altona and all the amazing educators enough! ❤️ Since moving from Queensland to Melbourne, both of our children have been part of Goodstart Altona, starting from Nursery and now progressing to Kindergarten. From the very beginning, we have always felt so welcomed, supported and genuinely cared for. I have experienced a few different childcare centres over the years, and honestly, Goodstart Altona is by far the best centre my husband and I have found. The educators are incredibly professional, calm, caring and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make the children feel safe, happy and valued. Our children absolutely love their educators and are always excited to go to childcare. As parents, there is no better feeling than knowing your children are in a safe, nurturing and positive environment where they are learning, growing and having fun every day. ❤️ A special thank you to Stacey and the entire Goodstart Altona team for being such a wonderful and important part of our children’s journey. Your care, patience and dedication mean more to our family than words can express. We feel truly blessed and grateful to have found such a beautiful centre.
