A Government Kindergarten Funded program, Goodstart Albany Creek - Flamingo Drive, caters for children aged 6 weeks to school age. The centre is a place where children’s voices are valued and where children can develop happy, safe and secure relationships.
The outdoor play spaces are a balance of natural and manmade elements, giving children an opportunity to explore in a well-resourced, natural environment. The spaces include sandpits, a mud digging pit, cubby houses and obstacle courses to support the children’s development. In addition, the children can take part in gardening, composting and taking care of the centre’s worms, all to help the children learn about sustainable practices.
The vast indoor space has six internal rooms suitably equipped for each age group, as well as a library and an art room. The design is a free-flowing indoor/outdoor environment for the children to go between throughout the day.

Miss Amanda and Miss Ellie are amazing, well trained and experienced staff. Communications between the centre and the parents are frequent and comprehensive. I feel that my grandchild is nurtured and her social development has been enhanced by regular attendance. I’m so happy with the exceptional standard of care and service provided.

We would highly recommend Goodstart Albany Creek Flamingo Drive. Our 2-year-old has been attending this Goodstart for a year. In this time we have seen our child's language, social skills and confidence grow. We know this because of the hard work, and highly dedicated team of teachers. Miss Beth is a warm, welcoming and passionate Director with great communication. Miss Amanda the nursery teacher is highly knowledgeable, warm and dedicated. Miss Emily, Ellie, Tessa and Tahn are a great team for the toddlers. The teachers are caring and dedicated. We receive weekly updates and photos and our child adores the staff. Miss Crystal is a lovely and friendly admin who welcomes us each morning. The centre has a warm, welcoming and family vibe.

My 16 month attends daily in the Nursery Room and has built a wonderful relationship's with peers and his main Educator Amanda, who is an amazing influence within his life and as a parent I couldnt ask for an educator so passionate. The centre as a whole team has come so far and are moving forwards in every way. Communication is amazing and I know each educator knows my child personally and has developed a strong bond with him. Experiences provided are around the children's interest individually and as a whole, my little one comes home happy from a very busy day . Feels like one big extended family .
