About Glen Gala Children's Centre Long Daycare and Preschool
Welcome to Glen Gala Children’s Centre. We're ideally located for families in Laverton North, Sunshine West, Sunshine, Albion, Deer Park, Cairnlea, Ardeer and Derrimut area.
Our Long Daycare and Kindergarten Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
At Glen Gala Children’s Centre, we provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our multicultural, dedicated team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the 3 and 4-year-old Government-approved Kindergarten program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at Glen Gala Children’s Centre including:
- Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life. Children learn about recycling, conserving water, growing food, and the importance of protecting our planet.
- Community Engagement Program: Encourages children to interact with and discover their local community. We often have visits from community services, and we go out on adventures to teach the children about their local environment.
- Music & Movement Program: Designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. Children learn to appreciate and develop an understanding of music - and of course, have fun.
- Real-life experiences: Children participate in fun and exciting experiences such as woodworking, harvesting the veggie garden, caring for our worm farm, and early cooking skills.

My newphew has been attending this daycare for three years now. As a nurodevegant child who wasn't specking and wouldn't play with other kids not hitting milestones that the other kids have. The staff care from the staff and the willingness to work with myself my sister in law and his therpist to bring him out of his shell is amazing. If your looking for a daycare then I couldn't recommend this one more they are truly amazing. They are so welcoming, friendly, reassuring, kind and accommodating and willing to go extra mile when glasses get put in the wrong bag or arm falls off. Ha Ha

Our daughter has been coming here for nearly 2 years and will be sending all of our kids here for the simple fact that the educators and admin are so kind and I can tell how much they care for my daughter, she loves going there and always talks about the educators she loves them allot. Really can’t fault anything about this centre and I would recommend anybody to enrol their children here. Cheers BG

Glen Gala CC is a great place!! When I took my first son here 5 years ago I was naturally worried, but the staff were all so welcoming, so friendly, so reassuring, so kind and accommodating to my son's needs it didn’t take me long to become comfortable taking him here and not have to stress about him during the day.. the daily updates and notifications I received on the Xplor app about my sons journey through out his days at this centre was also very reassuring because I could see that he was happy. My second son comes here too and the staff continue to be amazing!!! Their friendliness, kindness and passion as educators is second to none and wouldn’t think of taking them anywhere else. Thank you so much for taking care of my beautiful boys ❤️❤️

Our son has been enrolled here for the past 12 months now, all educators have made our son feel welcomed and cared for. The educators always try to accomodate to some of his fussiness with foods and his nap times. Our son is thriving now and growing into a young boy thanks to this centre! We are very happy with Glen Gala children’s centre! Thank you to all staff including the centre manager Gracy for making our time at this service a one to remember!
