About Garfield Street Children's Centre
Welcome to Garfield Street Children’s Centre!
Catering to children aged 0 to 5 years, Garfield Street Children’s Centre supports the unique interests, needs and strengths of every child in their care. The educators value inclusivity and work with each child and family to develop strong relationships.
In the outdoor play space the children can explore nature with grass, trees and garden beds. There is also a sandpit and engaging resources for the children to develop their physical and gross motor skills through their daily play.
The indoor environment is bright and colourful, designed to spark the children’s imagination as they learn each day. The space can cater to different activities such as group time, reading or individual play.

My granddaughter joined the echindnas in June 2018. It didnt take long with the encouragement of her carers for her to settle in. She went from crying when dropped off to waving goodbye & happy to stay. Maria Walsh & her staff are so caring. I cannot recommend this daycare highly enough.
