⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING TO PARENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE ENROLLING YOUR CHILD ⚠️ As a deeply concerned parent, I feel compelled to speak out about our distressing experience with this childcare centre. What should have been a safe, nurturing environment quickly turned into a source of anxiety for both me and my child. From the very beginning, I noticed troubling patterns. During drop-off and pick-up, I often saw children being forced to participate in activities, regardless of whether they were interested or emotionally ready. There is little consideration for each child's individual needs, emotions, or autonomy. One day, I arrived early to pick up my child due to a temperature — and what I saw was incredibly upsetting. Children were being forced to sleep, held down by staff, even if they were clearly not tired or were trying to resist. The atmosphere in the centre is cold and joyless. It’s disturbingly quiet — not the kind of laughter-filled environment young children should be in. My child frequently comes home hungry, sometimes with a rash or still in a dirty nappy. On several occasions, I’ve noticed unexplained injuries, yet the centre never contacted me and provided no incident reports or updates. Even more heartbreaking, I’ve seen children left crying with runny noses and unwashed faces while staff stood nearby doing nothing. There is a serious lack of empathy, communication, and basic care. As a parent, I trusted this centre with my child’s wellbeing, and I regret that decision deeply. No child should be treated this way. Please take this warning seriously and consider other, more compassionate care options for your child.
