About Flowertots Family Day Care
I have been a Family Day Care Educator since 2012, beginning this rewarding journey when my own two children were little. Now that they are both in high school, my love for working with children and guiding their early development is stronger than ever.
I am incredibly honoured to have been named the regional winner in the 2025 Australian Family Day Care Awards, a recognition nominated for by both my Family Day Care scheme and the wonderful families I care for.
Central to my philosophy is a vibrant, nature-based program. We spend a significant amount of time outdoors, with regular weekly outings that are a cornerstone of our learning. These adventures bring the children close to nature and immerse them in our local community, fostering curiosity, resilience, and a deep connection to the world around them. From park explorations to library visits, every day is an opportunity for hands-on discovery and joyful growth in a warm, home-like environment.
