Dear Steven, it is deeply disappointing that you have written this false and misleading google review given you have no connection with our business, have never toured or attended our service and there is no relationship with any of our Managers or Team Members. We do not know who you are or why you have chosen to write this dishonest account of our beautiful Centre. First Steps Learning Academy Preschool is an EXCEEDING Centre. It is our home away from home for all our children, their families and our educators. We work tirelessly to ensure the Centre provides the very best care and education possible. The Centre is cleaned twice a day minimum and is professionally cleaned every week. We also engage tradespersons to ensure the upkeep of the property including lawns, gardens, sandpits, carpark, fences etc. We would welcome any visitor to our Centre to see the amazing environment we provide for our children. As soon as they walk in, they will see how wonderful our learning spaces are and what a lie this google review is.
