First Steps Academy

We are so incredibly grateful to have found First Steps Academy. After a heartbreaking experience at another well known centre in the area that left us feeling anxious and let down especially as first time parents. From the very first day here, the difference was undeniable. The educators go above and beyond to make every child feel seen, safe, and valued. Our son has not only settled in beautifully but is thriving emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Every day we’re met with happy stories, creative learning activities, and a strong sense of community. The team communicates openly, respects our family’s needs, and treats each child like their own. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job to them — it’s a passion. Thank you so much to Crystal and the wonderful team of educators you lead for restoring our trust in childcare.
