First Grammar Seven Hills

First Grammar is a wonderful daycare. My son started attending when he was just 7 months old, and now he's in Pre-Kindy. He really enjoys playing with his friends and has learned so much. He’s become very respectful and well-mannered. The teachers are fantastic—caring, attentive, and nurturing. The daycare is well-resourced, and the food provided is excellent."

This daycare is careless and disgusting to kids that experience special needs, my son was attending for almost 2 years and they treated him horribly. His speech therapist even did a visit and she observed him for a day and they left him crying for 15mins straight, didn't care to tend to him or to clam him down or even try to play with him. Apparently only a kitchen staff worker would only help him and would come out to comfort him. The daycare LACKED ALOT OF ACCOUNTABILITY, when you ask what happened they would say “I wouldn’t know”, “I wasn’t working” or “ I wasn’t there “ no one wanted to own up and tell me what happened in senarios. The cherry on TOP OF THE CAKE WAS my sons photo day and my son was wearing grey track pants and my mum picked him up he was completely covered in his own poo his nappy was so full and he had rashes all the way up his butt and front area. I reported it to the school board for neglect, they came up with an excuse that he was in the sand pit and it was wet and it went through. But we all know that’s not what it was. My son wasn’t to heavily high needs just emotionally and speech wise. They don’t care about them as much only to the kids that can talk. My son couldn’t stick up for himself because he can’t speak and he ended up taking a lot of the blame in scenarios that wasn’t his fault to being with. But the funniest part is when they only started really caring more and started looking into support for him is when people were pulling kids out of their daycare!!! I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully make sure parents think twice before enrolling. Their fake and unprofessional and I hope they one day get their karma, only 3 daycare workers I actually didn’t mind and trusted them with my son but the rest they don’t deserve to be around children and should get their qualifications taken away.
