About First Grammar Belmore Long Daycare and Preschool
Welcome to First Grammar Belmore. We're ideally located for families in Belmore, Lakemba, Campsie, Clemton Park, Belfield, Wiley Park, Roselands, Kingsgrove, Canterbury and Strathfield South.
Our Long Daycare and Preschool Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
We provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our dedicated, longstanding and multicultural team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the Government-approved Preschool program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at our Centre including:
- Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life. Children learn about recycling, conserving water, growing food and the importance of protecting our planet.
- Community Engagement Program: Encourages children to interact with and discover their local community. We often have visits from community services, and we go out on adventures to teach the children about their local environment.
- Music & Movement Program: Designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. Children learn to appreciate and develop an understanding of music - and of course, have fun.

My son has been attending first grammar in Belmore for 6 months now and since he hasn’t been to any preschool before this we tried looking for the best place for him to feel safe and happy. The team at first grammar has done just that! They are always so happy and polite, always willing to go the extra mile and make sure every child’s needs are met and will always listen to any worries you may have. We love being apart of the family at the first grammar in Belmore.

The educators at this centre are beyond amazing. I was really stressed and anxious with the idea of enrolling my 2 year old into daycare as he has never been before and is very emotionally sensitive. Over the period of his transition Miss Monika, Amanda, Sushma, Tarana, Yen, Belinda, and Zach have all been extremely supportive and patient with him which I am so incredibly grateful for. If you are super anxious about enrolling your child this is the best daycare to choose, they are the most kind, genuinely caring bunch of educators with great personalities and compassion for all of the children. My son absolutely loves going now and is so excited in the morning, which has been an amazing change for him. I literally could not recommend this place more! I also want to mention that they prepare really cool and fun learning activities for the children. It’s a great atmosphere here and you will feel at ease knowing your child is in the care of loving people ☺️
