Since Issy has come on as Centre Manager, the difference has been incredible! The communication is clear and consistent — we always know what’s happening at the centre. There are plenty of opportunities for feedback, and you can really feel the effort she is going to building genuine relationships with families. It’s been such a breath of fresh air having Issy’s leadership — we feel so confident and happy sending our child here. Highly recommend!

Dear Julie, We're overjoyed to read your 5-star review! It's fantastic that our centre management, Issy, has been involved; it has been incredible. Your positive experience means the world to us. Best wishes, The First Grammar

We are absolutely gutted to hear that Ellie is leaving Baulkham Hills First Grammar. She was the only reason we chose to enrol our son here after a traumatic experience at a previous daycare that had seriously injured him. From day one, Ellie showed incredible understanding, patience, and care. She took the time to build trust and made our son feel safe—something that meant the world to us. He connected with her immediately and always lights up when he sees her. On days when she’s not there, he struggles to settle. Ellie has made a lasting impact on our family, and we honestly can't recommend her enough. First Grammar is losing a truly special centre manager. Warm Regards, Freeman Family.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of our experience with First Grammar Baulkham Hills!! From the moment we enrolled our girls, we were met with warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense that the team truly cares about the wellbeing and development of every child that walks through their doors. One of the most touching things for me as a parent is seeing how deeply connected our girls have become with the educators. Our eldest is now in primary school, but she still insists on coming along for drop-offs and pick-ups - just so she can give the educators a hug. That alone says everything about the kind of love and security this centre provides. The educators are nothing short of incredible. They’re nurturing, patient, and always take the time to truly understand each child as an individual. They’ve helped our daughter grow in so many ways - her confidence, communication, and social skills have all flourished since starting here. It’s such a beautiful thing to witness as a parent, and we credit so much of that growth to the support and encouragement she’s received from the team. The centre itself is bright, secure, and thoughtfully set up with a great balance of structured learning and imaginative play. What I really appreciate is the strong focus on inclusion, kindness, and emotional wellbeing - it’s clear that these values are embedded in everything they do. The regular updates through the app are a huge bonus. Seeing photos, learning stories, and daily notes helps us stay connected to our daughter’s day and sparks lovely conversations at home about what she’s been up to. Most importantly, we feel completely at ease knowing our child is in such a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. That peace of mind is priceless. To Ellie, Kinda, Glenda, Ranuma, Grace, and every other wonderful educator at First Grammar Baulkham Hills - thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! You’ve made such a beautiful impact on our daughter's life, and we’re so grateful for all that you do. If you're a parent looking for a truly caring, high-quality early learning centre in the area, I couldn’t recommend First Grammar Baulkham Hills more. It’s been an incredibly special place for our family.
