Welcome to First Early Learning, Endeavour Hills!

First Early Learning Endeavour Hills is a beautiful, natural Early Learning Centre that caters for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years in a 'home away from home' environment.

Our warm, qualified, and caring educators build strong relationships with their little learners and families, to create respectful and positive relationships, and a strong sense of belonging.

First has multiple outdoor environments which are inviting, well-equipped and established with a range of age appropriate, natural, educational equipment and resources for our little learners to engage with and explore.

First, Endeavour Hills has five beautiful, well-resourced indoor environments - a nursery room (Acacia House), two toddler rooms (Myrtle House and Hibiscus House), a funded Pre-Kinder room (Waratah House) and a funded Kindergarten room.

First Early Learning, Endeavour Hills is well established and has been successfully operating since 2011, with an incredible team of long-term educators.

My son was not yet diagnosed with autism at the time. He is non-verbal, and I enrolled him in this childcare hoping it would help with his developmental delays. Instead, he suffered a fractured leg while in their care. This was one of the most traumatic experiences our family has ever been through. Rather than taking responsibility and supporting us, I felt that the blame was placed on me. As a parent, trusting a childcare centre with your child is incredibly important. My experience left me deeply traumatised and heartbroken. I hope no other family has to go through what we did.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are surprised to see your review at this time as the situation you are referring to happened over one a year ago. We are sad that your son hurt his leg and know that our educators took so much time and care whilst he was at the centre. You also let us know that your son fell over at home in a pile of lego and injured himself three days before the allegations made to our beautiful team of educators. While we respect your right to express your experience, we would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss your concerns with you directly before they were shared publicly. We believe that open communication often provides the best opportunity to address issues, answer questions, and work toward a positive resolution. Our centre has been part of the community for nearly 17 years, with many of our educators having been with us since we first opened. We are proud of the long-standing relationships we have built with families and of our dedicated team. The matters you raised were taken very seriously and were managed in consultation with your family and the department, following all required processes. We genuinely wish you and your family all the very best for the future.
