My children attended this centre and we had serious problems with billing errors and communication. I repeatedly asked for clear explanations of the account and for help resolving issues but didn’t receive the support I expected. The experience was extremely stressful for our family and ended with my children being forced to leave the service. Parents deserve transparency and responsiveness from childcare providers, and I hope the management reviews their processes.
