At Explore & Develop Parramatta, We are an Early Education and Care Facility, which continues to offer high quality Education and Care within the Parramatta area for over eighteen (18) years and has been recently Rated Exceeding in all 7 quality areas by ACECQA.
We are a family owner and operator long Day Care Service, and pride ourselves in being one. Irene who opened the centre for her own daughter Isabelle, who is now a qualified educator working alongside her mum to continue to provide a nurturing and caring environment for all children.
We are a team of strong, diverse Educators, including University trained Teachers (ECT) and Diplomas in each classroom. Many of our educators are mothers themselves who understand children's needs, not only as educators, but more importantly, as mums.
At Explore & Develop Parramatta, we provide an atmosphere of security and happiness so that each child may become confident and passionate learners. We know what helps children to have the best start to their school life, and implement a school readiness program which will ensure each child has the best start.

I hold this childcare centre in high regard, having first enrolled my son when he was two years old. After our move to Glenmore Park last year, we considered transitioning him to a nearby centre. However, the alternative did not meet our expectations, leading us to maintain his enrolment here and arrange for him to commute from Glenmore Park. The centre's exceptional quality has established a high benchmark, making it difficult to adjust to lesser institutions. With over 15 years of experience in children's services, including a stint with "Only About Children", I possess a deep understanding of quality childcare standards. Explore and Develop Parramatta's exceeding ratings in all assessed areas are a reflection of their dedication to excellence.

Update on 21 Aug 2024: Irene followed up our enquiry after the review was left. She will organize a tour. ------- They offer us an offer, we called sent email and want to arrange a tour before confirm the offer. No one cares and reply at all. And now they cancel the offer....

Explore & Develop Parramatta is a fantastic child care centre. My three children have attended the centre from the age of 9 months. The educators and facilities are above anything I have seen from other centres. The educators treat the children and families with respect and courtesy, they know every child in the centre regardless of whether they are in the room your child is in. The director is very hands on and knows not only the children but the families as well, she makes you feel like you are family and it is very much appreciated particularly when you are leaving your first child for the first time. I can not say enough good things about this centre. It has been an absolute joy bringing my children here. Thank you especially to Irene, Rachel and Stephanie for all you have done.

I highly recommend Explore & Develop, Parramatta to all parents considering day care for their children. Both my son and daughter started at Explore & Develop. My daughter was just one when she started, and she was looked after very well. It was wonderful to see my children grow and learn. I would like to thank Ms. Irene and all the educators for all their love and support and wish them the very best !!!!
