At Explore & Develop Parramatta, We are an Early Education and Care Facility, which continues to offer high quality Education and Care within the Parramatta area for over nineteen (19) years and has been recently Rated Exceeding in all 7 quality areas by ACECQA.

We are a family owner and operator long Day Care Service, and pride ourselves in being one. Irene who opened the centre for her own daughter Isabelle, who is now a qualified educator working alongside her mum to continue to provide a nurturing and caring environment for all children.

We are a team of strong, diverse Educators, including University Qualified Teachers (ECT) and Diplomas in each classroom. Many of our educators are mothers themselves who understand children's needs, not only as educators, but more importantly, as mums.

At Explore & Develop Parramatta, we provide an atmosphere of security and happiness so that each child may become confident and passionate learners. We know what helps children to have the best start to their school life, and implement a school readiness program which will ensure each child has the best start.
